**Who are we?**

Lifesaving Victoria - we are Victoria's peak water safety and lifesaving organisation and are committed to our purpose of Saving lives and empowering communities to safely enjoy water.

LSV is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering training and assessment courses focusing predominantly on first aid, emergency response and water safety across the state both in metro Melbourne and regionally.

Reporting to the Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance activities associated with LSV’s status as a registered training organisation (RTO).

This will include the development and review of learning resources, the delivery of compliance validation, internal auditing and reporting activities. You will also contribute towards the maintenance of the training technology platforms and the engagement and support of trainers and assessors.

The role will be based in Port Melbourne, with the ability to work flexibly.

**Who are you?**

This position would ideally suit an experienced RTO compliance officer and/or someone with experience with instructional design/development. We seek an individual with great attention to detail and experience working with a range of publishing software to produce high-quality materials.
