**About the role**

ADE Consulting group is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Generalist to maintain and deliver the HR capability of our business.

In the role you will be responsible for delivering effective and compliant generalist human resources advisory and administration services in accordance with relevant legislation, ADE policies, in alignment with our vision, mission and values. Reporting to ADE’s CFO and working in the national group services team, the position requires delivery of high-quality customer service, building strong working relationships across the organisation consisting of 200 employees and their leaders, whilst promoting the business’s inclusive and supportive culture.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing recruitment process
- Preparing employment contracts
- Conducting on boarding and off boarding tasks
- Managing HR information system
- Acting as a Return-to-Work Officer
- Managing and supporting staff development related activities
- Supporting Leadership Team to conduct employee engagement survey
- Providing other general HR support and advice.

**Skills and experience that may be required**:

- 3 to 5 years + practical experience in HR roles
- A qualification in HR degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of HRIS, such as Employment Hero
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
