Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role and industry; ideally you have minimum 6-8 years of HR generalist experience especially a few years at the HRBP level with strong stakeholder management experience
  • A sales driven organisation background is beneficial
  • An ability to deal with both white collar and blue collar stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver
  • An ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise multiple task
