Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to provide a wide range of enabling services including audit, risk, and compliance.

**Purpose of the role**:
Partner with the business and other areas within the People and Culture teams to deliver best practice human resource (HR) strategies, services, and advice across a range of areas including employee and industrial relations, performance, legislation, organisational change, and role design, to support the organisation to achieve its objectives and deliver on major reform and strategic priorities.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Partner with agency leaders and staff to design, develop and deliver evidence based expert advice and fit for purpose HR strategies, programs, tools, and innovative best practice solutions that respond to current and future business needs and priorities.
- Provide high level expert advice, consultancy, case management and support on complex workplace issues, misconduct, end to end investigations including allegations of reportable conduct and incidents in accordance with legislative requirements and internal policies and practices.

- Provide relevant high-quality information and data and analysis to contribute to insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision-making and people management solutions and continuous improvements.
- Research and prepare advice in the form of briefs, policy, and discussion papers to contribute to responses to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Provide day to day coaching, guidance, mentoring and support to the team to assist with their on-the-job training and development, including reviewing quality of work and advice, and identifying any gaps in capabilities and skills to assist the Senior Manager in delivering effective services.

**Essential requirements**:

- Qualifications or demonstrated high-level experience relevant to the role.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and travel may be required.
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof
