**The Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor with strong employee relations and performance management experience to join their team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 2 month assignment, with a very strong potential to extend.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and prepare advice for the CEO and Directors
- Prepare briefs, policy and discussion papers
- Provide expert advice, consultancy and case management support
- Undertake investigations on complex workplace issues and misconduct
- Collaborate with leaders to design, develop and deliver evidence based strategies, tools and programs
- Deliver empathetic, discretion and sound judgement in sensitive matters
- Investigate, gather and collate information to support decision making outcomes
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Case and Performance Management experience
- Previous experience within a complex/sensitive environment
- Exceptional conflict resolution
- Professional, resilient and empathetic interpersonal skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task competing deadlines/timeframes
- High attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
