Challenging & rewarding opportunity providing accurate and timely advice and support in relation to employee relations matters.
**What you will be doing**
- Provide quality and timely advice to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, disciplinary process, grievance, leave etc
- Interpret and advise on relevant industrial matters, EA, Awards etc.
- Delivery of training and information sharing sessions with management/ employees on people related issues
- Assist with Change Management processes from an IR perspective
- HR projects as required across the business
**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in IR/HR Management or related discipline desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally dealing with employee relations matters desirable but not essential but management or leaderships experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to coach, lead and educate line managers in HR related practices
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organisational skills and the ability to master complex information such as Awards and industrial instruments.
