Service Stream’s Telecommunications Division are currently seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team.

Location: Flexible - North Sydney or Melbourne.

Basis: Permanent, full-time

Key responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for some of the following:

- Utilising Service Stream communications work management systems to dispatch work order requests.
- Input and maintain dispatch and sign-off tasks.
- Programming work to designers.
- Monitor work orders against completion dates to ensure all activities are completed within allocated time frames.
- Liaise with design team lead as required.
- Compile data reports.
- Liaise with team to ensure contractual compliance to completion timeframes.
- Creation of survey packs.
- Manage the consolidation and allocation of Survey documents.
- Ensure all design documents are completed before submission.
- Reconcile dispatched work to client files.
- Action daily reports.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with a great attitude and strong desire to learn. Ideally you would also posses the following:

- Experience in the Telecommunications or related field services-based business desirable
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role preferable.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously when required.
