**About the Role**
Rubicon Water is seeking a creative and organised Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this role, you will blend your design expertise with strategic marketing initiatives to promote Rubicon’s products and solutions, both externally and internally. You will collaborate with global teams to create compelling marketing materials, enhance our online presence, and support key marketing campaigns. Job Description
**Duties**
- **Collaborate Globally**: Support and maintain close collaboration with various departments and global colleagues
- **Consistent messaging**: Drive the adoption of consistent messaging and ensure marketing materials are accessible, distributed, and communicated effectively to global sales teams and partners
- **Marketing Collateral**: Expand and maintain a suite of marketing materials for different event types and regional needs, including brochures, case studies, data sheets, press releases, and promotional materials
- **Digital & Print Content**: Assist in developing printed marketing collateral, promotional and training videos, advertisements, digital newsletters, and digital content
- **Internal Communication**: Produce regular updates on global operations, motivating global offices and departments to contribute content for internal newsletters and communications
- **Events & Trade shows**: Develop and manage an annual global sales and marketing program, including coordinating Rubicons presence at key trade shows and events to increase brand awareness and deliver consistent, localised messaging
- **Content Development**: Assist in the writing and production of on-brand case studies, data sheets, brochures, press releases, and social media posts
- **In-House Design**: Leverage design tools to maintain and develop in-house production of brochures, promotional materials and advertisements
Desired Skills and Experience
**Qualifications & Experience**
We’re looking for a curious, creative and adaptable person to join our team, who can bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or technical environment
- A passion for marketing and educating others on the value of building a strong, water-tight, brand
- Experience with in-house design and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining a content-rich CMS (WordPress)
- Good understanding of CRMs (HubSpot favourable)
- Familiarity with technology, engineering or agricultural industries is an advantage
- Creative, motivated, analytical and an ability to multi-task
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring alignment
