Caring for You Nursing Agency was established in 2004 and is Australia’s largest nurse-led privately owned nursing agency. We have over 18 years’ experience specialising in the provision of exceptional temporary and permanent quality personnel and customer service to all sectors of the healthcare industry.

Our 8000 Member base works across Aged Care, Private and Public Hospitals, Community Nursing, and Home Care services in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.

Our Co-CEO’s Belle and Grace Thomson are Registered Nurses with experience working in different roles within the healthcare sector and are supported by an all-female executive management team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a professional and organised Marketing Coordinator to primarily support our highly successful Recruitment team and assist in growing our Member database through various marketing platforms.

Your bright and energetic personality together with your proactive nature and strong marketing, creativity and administration skills will ensure success in this role. You will be process driven and possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve successful and timely outcomes. This is a full time position Monday to Friday.

**YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING**
- First and foremost - you love a good meme
- Demonstrated 3 plus years’ experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience in Hootsuite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Survey Monkey.
- High attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality marketing collateral, digital creative and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of formatting and design.
- Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure consistent tone of voice.
- Superior time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations and day to day duties simultaneously.
- Utilising data, research and insights from the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and monitor performance of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis through analysis of key metrics.
- Working with the marketing team and making sure that the set KPI's are met.
- Highly desired - recruitment marketing experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
