People Development Support Administrator

The People Development Operations Team is part of Reece Group’s broader People Experience group. They deliver, create and support an ongoing learning environment for employees, students and clients in the form of accredited and non-accredited learning pathways. These include school-based traineeships, nationally recognised certifications and other training options.

***About the Role**:
Reporting to the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Lead and the Operations Lead, the People Development Support Administrator’s main focus is to provide administration support to ensure a first-rate experience for all students and clients.
- Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

- Assisting with training record management from enrolment to course completion
- Consultation with RTO and Operations Lead on student welfare, attendance and progress
- Evaluating student feedback for review
- Maintaining accurate course records and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, organisational policies and relevant government standards
- Supporting the broader People Development team as required.

***About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve the customer experience. A collaborative and innovative approach will be central to your success.

Key capabilities for the role include:

- Minimum 3 years in a similar Administration role(s)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a knack for learning new programs
- Superior stakeholder relationship-building skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Solid organisation skills with a proven ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- A confident and practised approach to using digital technology.
