**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an #AMAZING opportunity for a passionate and driven Buying Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Buying team

As Buying Administrative Assistant, you will support the Buying team in administrative tasks to maintain data integrity and support the range building process. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to step into the fashion industry

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Buyers Assistants with collating colour/print palettes and distribute to buying teams and relevant suppliers
- Prepare and send outgoing samples and swatches to suppliers
- Prepare racks for sample sale by sorting styles eligible for outlet, sample sale and donation
- Organise and prepare swatches, lab dips and samples for Buyers to review
- Assist in raising, managing and updating all styles in AP21
- Liaise with our Production, E-Commerce and Visual Merchandise teams to ensure samples are delivered within deadlines
- Create and add product descriptions and attributes into AP21 capturing size, fit & care instructions prior to online launch
- Attend weekly team trade meeting to build an understanding of category performance and develop a commercial mindset

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant tertiary education within fashion/têxtiles
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in administrative tasks
- Knowledge of garment construction and passion for the industry
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign
- Experience with AP21 is desirable but not essential
- Adaptable and approachable with the ability to work well within a team environment
