**WHO ARE YOU?**

The role of the **Project Administrator **is to create relationships with our customers, to understand and document their requirements for each project, to work with Digital Producers, Business Analysts (where appropriate), brief Developers and Designers on those requirements and to manage and deliver the projects end to end.

The **Project Administrator **at Revium works closely with the respective Project Managers and Account Managers who are responsible for delivering the project as well as the overarching strategy and client relationship.

The types of projects that will be assisting on is likely to vary and can range from large complex website developments to smaller campaign-based work pending client requirements, in addition to ongoing support tasks for our clients.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Manage all day-to-day issues associated with the supply of reinforcement to the project and ensuring client requirements deliverables are met
- Proactively manage project issues, risks, and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders
- Provide a customer focused service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
- Ensure all projects and their tasks are tracked in designated internal systems
- Administrative and project duties as required including the coordination of meetings, recording meeting decisions and minutes
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Review and negotiate with stake holders variations to programs, projects and services.

**WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?**
- Approximately 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role in the digital space.
- Digital agency experience is strongly preferred, simply due to the complexities of working in a fast-paced environment like ours.
- Strong project coordination skills as well as the ability to engage and communicate with various clients and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail including excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience using the full Microsoft suite of products is essential.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Teamwork etc would also be advantageous.

**SALARY**

The salary package for this full time position is in the range of $80,000.00 to $90,000.00, varying with related experience.
