Opportunity for experienced Medical Receptionist to join our professional General Practice team. Flagstone Family Practice is a GP-owned, family-focused medical practice. We have been providing bulkbilled patient-centered care to the vibrant Flagstone community for the last 2 years.

**Essential**:
Best Practice software experience.

Previous medical receptionist experience.

**Desirable**:
Proven ability to work well in a team environment, yet show initiative and work autonomously as required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mature, honest, and reliable

Casual position two days per week including participating in every third weekend roster.

Health Professional Support Services Award (experience-based hourly rate)

Flexible job sharing a roster with opportunity for additional hours to cover annual/personal leave.

**About us.**

Starting as a brand new practice recently, we have in few months developed into a 5 doctor & 6-day bulk billing medical practice. At Flagstone Family Practice, we strive to be unique and different providing the best possible and honest care for the whole of the flagstone community with an emphasis on wellness and prevention.

We are a team of 5 doctors, a practice manager, 3 receptionists, and a practice nurse.

We have onsite - Pathology, Exercise physiologist, Physiotherapist, and a Dietician currently working alongside the doctors in our practice. Also having a Pharmacy, and dentist next door makes us a one-stop-shop for all the patient health needs.

We are looking for someone to start asap.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
