**The Company**
Our client is a market leader in the FMCG space who is currently looking to hire a State Account Manager as the final piece of their team. You will be based in Brisbane reporting to the Channel Sales Manager based in Sydney.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for key relationships with distributors like Spar at a DC level and other MSO and SSO accounts. This role focuses on executing the channel strategy with your state accounts and dealing with the field sales team in QLD.
- You will focus on clients to develop and sustain long-term relationships to deliver profitable growth.
- Accurately forecast volume, share & stock requirements for customers within guidelines and timeframe
- Provide direction and achieve results through influencing internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation and delivery of business/category/range review of all key customers
- Key Account Management, State Account, or National Account Management within the FMCG space.
- If you are someone who works for a smaller organisation managing Coles, Woolworth, or independents at a state level wanting to join a fast-paced multi-billion-dollar organisation then this role will suit you.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability partnered with strong negotiation skills
- Data-Driven decision making.
