**Key Account Manager - Infield and Key Accounts QLD & NSW (Symbion Consumer Sales)**
- Hybrid Role between managing a designated large territory with instore visitation and support
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts & Groups focusing on the development and implementation of agreed strategic plans and initiatives to drive sales and profit
- Promoting and Selling in brands such Pharmacy Choice Private Label OTC, Fauldings Vitamins & Probiotics and Allersearch Asthma products
- The role/position is based out of QLD - Brisbane/Gold Coast areas

Symbion Pty Ltd is part of EBOS Group Limited and is dedicated to providing pharmacies and consumers with affordable, high-quality branded products. This portfolio of exclusive Pharmacy brands includes Pharmacy Choice, Faulding and Allersearch and covers categories such and OTC medicines (pain relief, children’s health, cough & cold, sinus and allergy, digestive health, skin therapeutics, sun care, personal care), Vitamins and dietary supplements, and respiratory devices.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Meet monthly sales targets/budgets within the defined territory
- Meet monthly sales targets/budget of allocated Key Accounts and groups
- Manage trade spend within agreed budget guidelines approved by the National Business Manager
- Monitor, track and improve ranging and distribution of both Pharmacy Choice and Faulding throughout defined territory and accounts
- Ensure all group promotional plans are approved by the National Pharmacy Manager Pharmacy & Field and are submitted within customer timeframes
- Conduct quarterly business performance reviews with each customer, circling in the appropriate direct and senior engagement
- Measure sales effectiveness for key promotional activities pre and post event
- Price & promotional loading maintenance management within group responsibilities
- Instore execution excellence with distribution, share of shelf, NPD speed to market and off location space
- Leverage and audit agreed compliance as per Trading Term Agreements, and course correct proactively/independently
- Track and measure sku distribution performance against agreed targets for groups and territory
- Launch NPD with excellence as per ‘go to market’ launch requirements, either inside or outside of range reviews
- Positively represent Faulding at range reviews, achieving budgeted/targeted sku listing
- Chase or retain Pharmacy Choice OTC agreements within group responsibility
- Ensure distribution and communication is captured in Otto.
- Build, develop and maintain long-term and effective business relationships with all customers within the designated region
- Conduct regular category and business reviews with pharmacy category managers and senior management
- Build, develop and maintain robust relationships with all cross functional team members
- Build, develop and maintain positive internal relationships
- EOM sales report by customer completed and presented to the NBM
- Completion of sales forecast and trade spend each month with the NBM
- Up to date CRM management (Otto) with regards to customer profile matrix, competitor activity, compliance and engagement.
- Sales forecast provided across all brands with inventory team
- Quarterly Pharmacy Choice/Faulding rebate review completed within deadlines

Skills and experience:

- 3+ years relevant work experience infield within Pharmacy, Grocery or specialty retailer FMCG space
- 2+ years’ experience in Account Management; either that of Pharmacy, Grocery or specialty retailer FMCG space
- Qualifications in relevant health or business field highly desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship development and influencing skills
- High level of self-motivation and results focused.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Medium level of computer skills; Excel and PowerPoint
