**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Liaise with **international partners and sister companies** to coordinate a shared business model.
- Develop and refine **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Manage and develop warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Utilize eCommerce platforms, automation tools, and operational software to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor key operational metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies.
- Identify sales opportunities, support customer engagement, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage operational insights to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
- Work with the engineering team to facilitate the progress of all projects.

**Requirements & Desired Experience**:

- **3-5 years of management experience** in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work both **autonomously and within a team** in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, with strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Understanding of accounting, reporting, and financial performance metrics.
- Engineering, business, or logistics qualifications preferred.
- Background in engineering preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
