As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success and grow with us.

**MAIN DUTIES**

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for collection in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and confirm the accuracy of outgoing orders to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Manager to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Assist loading products for customers and for delivery.
- Assist in deliveries.

**Assist Daily Operations**:

- Liaising with staff, Management and directors about operational priorities.
- Work with a range of stakeholders during projects and daily operations maintaining a high level of communication (written and verbal).
- Assist preparing to receive shipments (document management and processing).
- Provide general administration support as directed (attend meetings, produce, compile and/or coordinate general correspondence including reports).
- Assist with website management / promotional material.
- Assist with preparation of reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in conducting regular counts.
- Monitor stock levels and supplies as needed to prevent shortages and communicate to the manager for reordering.

**Equipment Operations**:

- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.

**Supply Chain Operations**:

- Assist with purchase order organisation.
- Assist with returns, credits and discrepancies.
- Assist with procurement of goods, services and materials to support business operations.
- Assist with organising international logistics and shipping including receipt of shipping containers.

**Assist Sales and Marketing Operations**:

- Assist with website management / promotional material.
- Review/Edit Product Listing on the Website.
- Maintain and support ecommerce sales, promotions, clearances and other sales related activities.

Any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.

**Requirements, Skills, Licenses and Experience**:

- Age over 25 years old
- Forklift and drivers (car) Licenses are essential
- Good computer literacy
- Articulate and outcome orientated
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- High attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to work hard and have a 'can do' attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Ability to learn and adapt and grow as the business grows

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift and Drivers Licenses (required)

- Australia (required)
