We are looking for an energetic Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our company's operations. The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across our company, as well as managing HR tasks such as supporting staff wellbeing and facilitating team cohesiveness. You should be ready to mentor team members and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. You will work closely with and report to our Founder/CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Team engagement - ensuring effective communication across teams / facilitate staff & leadership meetings, driving efficiencies
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- HR support - ensuring office procedures are up to date and adhered to, manage employment contracts and policies, payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding
- Arranging and coordinating social events, internally and externally for the team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business, human resources and financial principles
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Experience with working in a start-up/scale-up would be advantageous

**Salary range**: $100,000 to $120,000 + superannuation
- Further salary negotiation may be held, dependent on level of skills and experience_
