About the Role
This role is varied, hands-on, and ideal for someone who takes pride in staying one step ahead. As Operations Coordinator, you'll support many parts of the company from keeping the office running smoothly to helping with events, managing stock updates, and supporting different teams like sales, logistics, and marketing.
You'll take care of the day-to-day tasks that keep things moving such as ordering supplies, organising travel, helping plan events, managing mail, and making sure our equipment and office space are always in good shape. You'll also assist in sharing information across teams so everyone stays on the same page.
A big part of this role also involves supporting our work with Tour de Cure — helping manage auction items, keeping track of inventory, and lending a hand at events.
Key Responsibilities
· Keep the office organised, clean, and well-stocked
· Coordinate office maintenance, travel bookings, and team events
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phones, and office equipment
· Maintain and track stock levels across the business
· Support the Tour de Cure team with auction items, event prep, and logistics
· Assist with food safety certification and sample management
· Manage the company leave calendar and support internal communications
· Prepare monthly director expenses and support ad-hoc projects

What We're Looking For
· years of experience in a multi-disciplinary administrative, operational or commercial role
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
· Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
· Awareness of using AI tools
· Confident with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
· Proactive, adaptable, and a genuine team player
· Experience in marketing is a plus
