We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Event & Operations Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role blends operational coordination with hands-on events (weekdays) and kitchen support (weekends & weekdays), ideal for someone who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to get involved on the ground.

The Role

  • Support post-event administration: replenishing kits and class prep boxes, managing stock, and laundry

  • Assist in sourcing staff and coordinate stock for upcoming classes and events
  • Support weekly communication and class briefs to the teams
  • Provide updates on session logistics, stock levels, and feedback

2. Event Support & Kitchen Duties (Weekends & Some Weekdays):

  • Assist with event setup, guest check-in, and on-site support
  • Provide back-of-house kitchen assistance, including: food prep and plating, cleaning and resetting between classes and supporting chefs during events
  • Capture photos/videos for internal and marketing use
  • Support post-event stock checks and venue restocking

About You (Ideal Candidate Profile)

  • Previous experience in operations, events, hospitality, or marketing (recent graduates with practical experience welcome)
