Associate Operations Lead

We are seeking to hire a motivated Associate Operations Lead to join our collaborative and innovative organization located at our **Sydney or Melbourne office**, Australia.

The Associate Operations Lead is principally responsible for Product Launch/Change Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Customer Order fulfillment. This role will report to the Head of Operations and will work closely with cross functional teams including Product Delivery, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Facilitate transition of products from NPI to Mass Production by conducting BOM reviews and ERP systems update.
- Coordinate regular Supplier meetings, Business Plan Review meetings, take minutes, and follow through on action items.
- Review, track and consult internal and external stakeholders to resolve risks to timely customer order fulfillment.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of Product BOM changes through ECR/ECN’s.
- Document and maintain Operations department knowledgebase in Confluence.
- Coordinate review and submission of weekly reports to Sales Accounts and Executive Leadership teams.
- Support procurements process for Engineering, NPI and Supply Chain teams as required.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement activities to support Operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electronics products design, development, manufacturing, and quality processes.
- Proficient understanding of Product Lifecycle Management systems such as Arena and ERP systems such as Pronto.
- Good analytical skills with strong aptitude for numbers, and excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience working with cross-functional teams in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience in NPI/Supply Chain, working directly with Contract Manufacturers, ODMs and 3PLs.
- Excellent communications skills to manage supplier relationships and high stakeholders within the company.
- Ability to resolve complex problem with simple approach and good awareness of time, cost, quality constraints.
- Meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail.
