We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for food safety, and the drive to lead quality standards across the business.

While a background as a Chef or in culinary operations would be highly beneficial, it is not essential — what matters most is your commitment to ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence in every aspect of food handling and service.

About the Role

As a QA Manager, you will:

  • Oversee compliance with food safety, OH&S, and company policies.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting to maintain high standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure consistent quality.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

About You

  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage both kitchen staff and management.
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining excellence.
  • Culinary experience (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar) is highly regarded but not required.
