We are looking for an experienced **QA Manager** to lead our food safety and compliance systems across all locations. This role ensures that every kebab we serve meets the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and quality. You’ll **oversee audits, manage HACCP frameworks, liaise with suppliers**, and help train our store teams in best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits and store inspections
- Maintain food safety and hygiene systems (HACCP)
- Manage quality control investigations and reporting
- Train store teams on compliance standards
- Stay updated with food safety regulations and implement changes

**About You**:

- Experience in QSR, FMCG, or food service QA roles
- HACCP Certification and audit experience essential
- Strong communicator and trainer
- Ability to work independently and travel to sites
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
