The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of an end to end recruitment service for the organisation. Working within a small team, the successful applicant will partner with key stakeholders to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent for the CDPP.

The successful applicant will provide technical recruitment advice; assist in the delivery of HR strategies and business improvement programs; and interpret and/or implement recruitment related policies and legislation.

The successful applicant/s will demonstrate well developed communication skills, initiative, an effectiveability to work both independently and collaboratively within and across teams and well developed timemanagement skills. They will be customer focussed, highly motivated, driven and adaptable to the CDPP’senvironment; and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisationincluding our Legal Practice Groups and the Enabling Services Group. The successful applicant will also demonstrate well developed written skills and experience or exposure with relevant technical HR matters.
