We’re on the lookout for a Property Marketing Executive for a newly created position, to support two of our luxury residential projects - One Sydney Harbour and One Circular Quay.

Working closely with the Property Marketing Managers on these projects, you’ll join our passionate and collaborative Development Marketing Team, based at Barangaroo in Sydney. This is a full time, 1-year, fixed term contract, which will report to the National Marketing Manager.

**What will you be doing?**

You’ll focus on briefing and managing internal specialist teams and external suppliers and support the creative execution and management of key marketing initiatives and campaigns. You'll also work with suppliers on developing and rolling out engaging content, advertising, marketing materials, sales collateral and events in order to drive Lendlease brand and project awareness, sales and customer engagement and loyalty.

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have demonstrated experience in a marketing or communications related role, preferably in the Property, Retail or Destination destination marketing sectors.
- You’ll have the ability to assist in executing campaigns and manage detailed projects on tight timelines and budgets
- You’ll also have hands-on experience in developing content (with digital channels being highly valued)
- You bring experience in project and/or account management
- You’re passionate about building strong relationships and working as a team
- You’re self-driven, collaborative in your approach and able to prioritise multiple tasks/projects
