**Primary Objective**

Play a leading role in the planning and implementation of the personalised experiences on our clients digital touchpoints to drive commerical outcomes.

**Priorities**:

- Manage the design, development and optimisation of digital touch points leveraging customer insights.
- Work with Head of Demand Generation to implement new marketing and web technologies.
- Analysing, reporting and recommend optimisation, personalisation and UX improvements to drive commercial outcomes

**Key Accountabilities**

**New products**
- Support the project management and delivery of seamless integration of new products, digital channels and touchpoints into our digital environment
- Collaborate with IT, revenue, project groups and other key stakeholders to optimise digital integration
- Pursue continuous improvement in processes in integration of new assets into our digital environment

**Strategy & Digital **Product Management**
- Play a leading role in the development of the strategy and digital product roadmap to drive a commercial performance through digital channels and across priority stages of the customer lifecycle to achieve both brand and retail objectives
- Manage the design, functionality, and content of marketing websites.
- Manage and continually optimise the digital tools required to support the strategic roadmap and achieve performance objectives
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of the digital roadmap is aligned to customer and business outcomes.
- Evaluate digital analytics, business intelligence, market conditions and competitor research to provide input into the strategic marketing plans
- As required support other areas of the digital team, managing the performance of paid media and owned channels.

**Budget management**
- Coordinate and provide regular reporting of digital project budgets.
- Provide recommendations on new technologies to achieve commercial growth outcomes

**Scalable Platform Capability**
- Continuously review and look for opportunities to optimise marketing efficiency and quality of output through new process, improving existing processes and technology improvements that drive scalability in the platform capability
- Ensure risk management and governance frameworks are developed and continuously improved around marketing activities

**Relationship Management**
- Work with the Head of Demand Generation and other stakeholders to select and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Develop and implement partnerships with service and product providers that are mutually beneficial and provide a competitive edge
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximise revenue opportunities through effective through effective digital planning and tactics
- Develop and maintain positive sector representation, including industry associations, key consultants and industry data
- Actively drive positive relationships with external stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and contractors; build and enhance external networks to ensure commercial outcomes.
- Maintain key stakeholder relations during and post project and campaign delivery
- Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all internal stakeholders

**Experience / Requirements**

Essential
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, website design/development or similar
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising marketing websites to drive commercial outcomes.
- Understanding of UX, SEO, personalisation and analytics
- Experiencing working with marketing technologies, building EDM templates and basic website coding
- Resourceful; strong promoter and driver of innovation and innovative thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen and execution of business cases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such
