Currently, the Perth office is seeking a
**blue-collar Recruitment Consultant **to join our team We are a team of three - with plenty of incoming work - therefore looking for someone ambitious who wants to start / grow their career in recruitment whilst being supported & trained by industry specialists.

**The Role**
This role will be
**360 recruitment **within the
**blue-collar Mining industry**. This involves being passionate about finding the right people the right jobs,
- Piloting the end-to-end recruitment process; advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, and reference checks
- Liaising with clients to determine job briefs and creating attractive advertisements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with WA's 2 General Managers

**About You**
Dash Group Perth are looking for someone who is - above all else
- **ambitious, passionate, and hungry to learn**. There's no requirement for prior recruitment experience, purely the willingness to learn the role and run with it the best you can.

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in a sales-related position (ideally)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong rapport
- Strong, friendly communication skills
- A confident and professional phone manner
- Motivation to succeed and driven to smash goals
