What are we looking for?
We have a great full time opportunity available for a Facilities Operations Coordinator in our Melbourne office. In this role you would be responsible for ensuring Slater & Gordon’s facilities management function works effectively on a day-today basis, in particular being the first point of contact for facilities related incidents.
- Duties include but are not limited to;- Liaise with Facilities Supervisor, staff and sub-contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery of agreed services.
- First point of contact for facilities incidents, including coordination with the external facilities vendor to agree and action appropriate responses
- Collect relevant data to support and generate outcome analysis and continuous improvement activities for facilities.
- Actively work with the wider business to identify key needs, agree process improvements, and monitor satisfaction with delivered service.
- Support data collection for any required reporting, updates or activities to ensure facilities and procurement related compliance obligations are met.
- Maintain an awareness of Codes of Practice relating to amenities & safe work environment, and continual review of Slater & Gordon’s compliance with those standards.
- Actively support building a positive and productive work environment, role modelling the Slater and Gordon values and behaviours.
