**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research trends in the staircase construction market and analyze competitors’ movements, assessing market demand and identifying characteristics of potential clients.
- Develop the company's marketing strategy and plans based on market research findings, determining target markets and key messaging channels.
- Execute promotional activities for the company's brand, including advertising, exhibitions, social media, and public relations initiatives, enhancing visibility and reputation within target markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and resources, providing necessary background information and support for sales activities.
- Gather and analyze customer and market feedback, offering improvement suggestions to continuously refine company's market strategies and product positioning.
- Plan and coordinate various marketing events and promotional activities such as trade shows, seminars, and training sessions to expand business and increase market exposure.
- Manage and optimize the company's website and social media platforms to increase traffic and enhance online brand influence.
- Responsible for developing and executing the marketing budget, ensuring market objectives and business growth are achieved within budgetary constraints.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with industry-related organizations, associations, and key stakeholders to facilitate cooperation and business development.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or event management
- Tertiary education or above in marketing, business administration or related field
- Strong research skills to understand evolving trends within the market
- Have the desire to gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings to develop relevant marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willing to do more than expected
- Continuous commitment to personal and professional development

**Like to Hear More?**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
