**Key tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to support company growth and sales objectives, including both B2B and upcoming B2C initiatives.
- Advise senior management on strategies to target key markets, increase brand awareness, and promote the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and online content, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, developing and implementing strategies for brand positioning, and customer interaction, while continuing to maintain and improve the company website.
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends to guide future marketing initiatives.
- Explore and seize opportunities to participate in relevant industry trade shows to increase exposure and network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set and implement market goals and policies aligned with business expansion efforts.
- Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for introducing new products and services in the stone industry.
- Advise on all elements of marketing, including product positioning, pricing strategies, advertising, promotions, and distribution channels, while tailoring efforts to the distinct needs of both B2B clients and B2C consumers.
**Skills & Experience required**:
- Minimum bachelor degree with 3 years’ experience OR equivalent.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and consumer trends to develop actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management tools is highly desirable.
- Experience in the building materials or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
