**About the Role**:
If you're a tech aficionado with a flair for marketing (or a marketer with a flair for tech) who thrives in the heart of automation and gets a kick out of building the best marketing tech stacks, then your dream job awaits

Our B2B marketing agency is hunting for a Martech specialist to become the backbone of our marketing technology operations. You will be the vital link between technology and marketing, responsible for expertly managing and integrating a suite of marketing technology tools to streamline our clients’ marketing and sales processes. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill marketing role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, manage and optimise marketing technology tools, including but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Webflow
- Build seamless and efficient workflows that integrate various marketing tools, ensuring flawless data flow and powerful functionality
- Customise marketing automation systems to precisely align with the client’s business strategies, lead nurturing processes, and conversion goals
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for the marketing technology stacks employed, ensuring consistent best practices across all client projects
- Monitor tool performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and execute enhancements to boost campaign effectiveness and reporting
- Provide technical insights during client meetings and internal team discussions, becoming a trusted advisor and marketing technology advocate
- Scope new projects, advising the time and effort required to deliver a professional outcome
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in marketing technology to continually enhance our service offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of expertise in configuring and using marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Webflow
- A strong technical background coupled with an interest in and understanding of marketing principles
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical aspects into comprehensible terms
- Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach
- You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
