**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions (online & offline)
- Help update website content and manage digital advertising
- Create marketing materials like posters, videos, brochures
- Work closely with sales and design teams to enhance customer conversion
- Stay informed about industry trends and suggest new ideas

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of marketing or content creation experience (building industry a plus)
- Familiar with digital tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Good at writing copy and creating engaging content
- Video or graphic editing experience is an advantage
