As we grow, we’re looking for a culturally astute and commercially creative **Marketing Specialist** with **international marketing experience** across the **UK, Southeast Asia, and Australia** to help shape and execute our global-facing brand strategy.

**The Opportunity**

This is a unique role for a versatile marketing professional who can think strategically and execute tactically across markets. You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering end-to-end campaigns, managing events and activations, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Campaigns & Strategy**:

- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns tailored to key markets (Australia, SEA, UK)
- Maintain and evolve brand messaging and tone across digital, print, and event platforms
- **Digital & Content Marketing**:

- Lead social media strategy and execution, with a focus on B2B engagement
- Own or support CRM and EDM campaigns, driving engagement and conversion
- **Events & Activations**:

- Plan and deliver trade activations, product launches, and client events across regions
- Partner with vendors, influencers, and agencies to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI
- Support internal events and brand presence at major industry functions
- **Stakeholder & Partner Engagement**:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations
- Build relationships with key industry partners, media, and creative agencies
- Coordinate regional differences and cultural nuances across UK, SEA, and AU market activations
- **Reporting & Insights**:

- Track campaign performance and recommend optimisations
- Provide post-campaign reports and stakeholder updates

**About You**
- **3-5 years of relevant marketing experience**, spanning **Australia, SEA, and the UK as a must**:

- Background in **brand, digital, event, or trade marketing**, ideally in B2B, tech, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing **regional or global marketing campaigns**:

- Experience planning and delivering **high-profile activations and branded events**:

- Strong understanding of **cultural and commercial nuances** across international markets
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
