A global luxurious brand specialising in Shoes, small leather goods and accessories. The Sales Ambassador (Sales Assistant) is accountable to achieve set business and financial objectives. She/he is also accountable to creating an environment which enables the store to deliver an exciting customer
and brand experience that creates goodwill and loyalty for the brand.

**Your new role**
- Provide an excellent Customer Service at every opportunity
- Understand product collection (specification, background, story) and inventory (know size,
colour and etc. variation in your stock room)
- Meet and exceed all business and sales (KPI) plans in your store
- Comply with and execute in-store events, campaigns and promotion instructions such as;
DMs, Thanks Letters, gifts, and etc.
- Understand and able to use the store systems (Point of Sales (POS), Spiral system and etc.)
- Attend in-store meetings and contribute with your objectives
- Attend staff training meetings where possible
- Innate desire to be customer centric for every decision we make
- Outgoing/lively, visionary/unique, inspirational/instinctive, respectful/accessible and
exquisite personality and someone who likes working in a team
- Strong time management, planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority
- Ability to recognise and adapt to changing work demands
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support a team environment
- Strong passion in developing himself/herself and others

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Luxury retail is preferred
- Mandarin speakers are highly desirable
