**Key Accountabilities**
- Work to develop and deliver end to end change management, from initial evaluation and problem identification, through to planning and guiding implementation and embed log-term change.
- Design, develop and implement communications and training associated needed as part of the change process.
- Develop and implement coaching programs to support senior managers and their teams undergoing organisational change.
- Build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and influence change.
- Influence and demonstrate accepted practices through own delivery.
**Key Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Change Management or related disciplines would be highly regarded.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the TCCS Values framework, workplace respect, equity and diversity framework, workplace health and safety best practice.
- Ability to reconcile conflicting or divergent information and confirm that sources of information are reliable and sufficiently wide-ranging to enable an evidence-based decision or position.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex change management programs, including those that faced considerable resistance.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation within a change management context including, but not limited to, human behaviours, non-compliance, financial and resource implications.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiations, liaison, facilitation and representation skills, to build and sustain collaborative working relationships and networks with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in providing high quality advice and coaching to senior management and executives on change and associated risks.
