What will I need to thrive in this role?- 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on Paid Social role within an agency setting.- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and clients effectively, with excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting.- Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong track record of delivering results (e.g., increasing ROI and lowering CPAs).- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and working with pixels, product catalogues, and tracking solutions.- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover actionable insights, and optimise performance.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.- Experience working with retail or e-commerce clients (desirable but not essential).- Familiarity with Looker Studio (nice to have).- Must have full working rights in Australia (e.g., citizen or permanent resident).
