**Performance Based Marketing Agency Specialising In Paid Social & Search, Website Design, Content & SEO**
**Purpose of the role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- The Paid Media Manager will oversee the strategy, management, implementation, and reporting of large-scale PPC and Paid Social campaigns for multiple brands across different territories, ensuring KPIs are met
- Analysing campaign results and providing recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring budget performance and forecasting
- Tracking KPIs to assess performance and identify issues
- Creating and maintaining reports for business-wide understanding of team and account performance
- Collaborating with clients to support brand and business goals
- Building, mentoring, and managing a team of paid specialists
- Maintaining partnerships with ad platforms and vendors
- Implementing best practices in Paid Search and Paid Social
- Staying up-to-date with trends in PPC, Search Engine Marketing, and Paid Social.
**What you will bring to the role**
- 3-5 years of Paid Media experience, especially in agencies
- Google AdWords/Bing certification
- Experience in budget management across industries
- Strong forecasting and insights skills
- Ability to manage complex paid search accounts
- Excellent client communication
- Familiarity with third-party bid management platforms (e.g. Search Ads 360)
- Experience with Facebook Ads platform
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Knowledge of analytics and conversion tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to build campaigns from scratch.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
