The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 100+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to drive the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across our entire product portfolio, running campaigns in the US.
What makes this role different is we want someone to come in and experiment, try different things and think outside of the box. You will be given the opportunity to be creative in the campaigns you run with full support from our design and development
Ideally, you will have some exposure to Google Paid Advertising and Programmatic as well.
**WHAT THIS JOB OFFERS YOU**
Based in our Melbourne office you will become part of a highly skilled and dedicated Marketing and Development team. Working on the US market you’ll be involved in catering to various user groups in the broad field of social casinos
- Development/Design resource to build the right types of landing pages to convert
- Collaboration with market-leading experts on SEM/Biddable/Programmatic campaigns

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your day to day responsibility will be:
- P&L reporting responsibility
- You’ll also oversee the end-to-end digital campaigns from strategy to execution and optimisation working closely with the wider marketing team to align to campaigns and activations
- You will critique or defend briefs as necessary and provide insight and ideas in relation to strategy.
- Performing daily account management on Facebook/Instagram
- Undertaking maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account budget caps, impression share, quality score and another important account metrics including, bid management to ensure bids are successfully made to achieve optimum placing of our products online
- Managing and maintaining updates for large keyword lists and undertaking ad copy A/B testing suggestion and execution
- Making recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search
- Writing strong and effective ads for maximum CTR and conversion
- CRO, A/B testing ad copy, landing pages & other account areas
- Performing in depth & commercial analysis at times to optimise performance
**Requirements**:
**You will have (Essential skills)**:
- You should be experienced in Paid Social Advertising
- You’ll need excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. You should have excellent numerical skills, attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
- Experienced in optimising campaigns to a target CPA and volume
- Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
- Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical with a passion for analysis and the ability to turn the data into actions. You like reports and numbers but only when they help you to achieve your goals
- You will be expected to deal with various stakeholders across the business and manage expectations for the delivery of assets required.
- Wider appreciation and knowledge of full-funnel Marketing and the role paid search plays in the Media mix.
**It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills)**:
- Paid Search Experience
- Experience managing large account budgets
- Knowledge of bid management tools.
- Understanding of scripts and how to use them to better the account performance
- Comfortable with keyword bidding both automated/ manually
- Programmatic experience
- Competitive vertical experience (Gaming, Alcohol, Pharmaceuticals)
- Able to adapt with new and creative approaches to achieve results
- Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision making
- Familiarity in utilising the following tools to gain actionable insight: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Search Metrics, SEMRus
