Our products, Social Pinpoint and Consultation Manager aim to provide governments and consultants throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe with the online tools they need to help their communities (people like you) have their say on projects that impact them and efficiently manage all ongoing interactions with stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced and high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales Team who will own the full sales cycle for both of Social Pinpoint and Consultation Manager platform by bringing on board new clients and exploring new market opportunities.

You must be based in Australia and have full-time unrestricted work rights to be considered for this position.

The Role:

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for delivering new business sales, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall success of the sales function. This is a dynamic, outbound-focused role where you'll combine consultative selling skills with enthusiasm to open new doors and close deals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver sufficient new business sales to meet or exceed your personal sales target.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders across long sales cycles, ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Accurately record and maintain all deals and activity in Hubspot in accordance with the agreed protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or jointly position other CSE products on new business opportunities.
  • Provide input to the Marketing team to help shape marketing strategy and execution, including contribution to marketing collateral, events, conferences, trade shows etc.
  • Utilise your knowledge of customer needs, competitors, and the market to help inform Product Development.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure new customers are handed over effectively including an appropriate level of knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Social Pinpoint's key product features and roadmap to effectively position solutions and guide customer engagements.
  • Work closely with your line manager to identify and complete at least one professional development activity per year.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Sales experience, with a strong track record of pipeline building, prospecting, and sales management.
  • Skilled negotiator and presenter with demonstrated ability to structure, influence, and close strategic deals.
  • High-energy, hands-on leader with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset and proven ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling engagement software to communicators, planners, and engagement personnel within local government is highly sought after.
