We are seeking a paid ads expert to join an innovative full services media and creative group in the events space.

The Paid Ads Specialist will play a key role in the development of digital campaigns utilising a range of platforms including, paid search, SEO, paid social, content marketing, and other channels. This role assists with driving targeted traffic to client websites.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategize digital ads formulas

Design ad funnels

**Manage digital ads across platforms**: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms

Manage paid ads accounts across multiple portfolios

Manage SEO and data analytics

Work in collaboration with media team on creative and deliverables

Present metrics/results on all campaigns

**Skills and experience required**:
3+ years’ experience in SEM, SEO and paid social, ideally in an agency environment

Experience working in a data-driven, fast-paced environment

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics

Organised and Methodical - you will be setting up and streamlining a set of processes

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders communication
