Your new company is a local council located in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs.

**Your new role**

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be supporting the organisation by providing a mix of strategic and operational service, advice and support across all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing full end to end recruitment and selection activities and processes, from role briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, head-hunting, convening interview panels, record checking and job offer, including salary negotiations across a variety of roles
- Providing great customer service to hiring managers, training them in all aspects of the hiring people process
- Coordinating the sourcing of casual and temporary agency hires, as well as permanent appointments, and reviewing rates, terms and conditions.
- Sourcing, compiling and presenting recruitment data to assist in reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identifying and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in a similar role, recruiting blue
- and white-collar roles in an internal function.
- Ability to deliver a range of targeted hiring approaches, service and advice in a tight time frame, with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise diplomacy and judgement, particularly when liaising with clients and stakeholders.
