Ecas4 Australia was founded to provide health structures, in patient departments and accommodation of all kinds, with technologies in the field of sanitisation. They offer technologies in the field of health and hygiene engineering and the goal is to ensure effective bacterial disinfection using a mínimally invasive system. Operating across a range of sectors including healthcare, accommodation facilities, food and beverage, commercial and industrial, agriculture and horticulture, Ecas4 now has the most natural and safe technology to guarantee hygiene and well-being in every field.

Reporting to and working closely with the Board, you will be responsible for leading their innovation water treatment business to its’ next phase of growth. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients to catalyse business development success. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and implementing effective business strategies as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the business. Presenting and showcasing Ecas4’s capabilities to external stakeholders, clients and the Board, you will present business opportunities to achieve ongoing success.

A General Manager with sales and business development experience, you will have demonstrated results in developing and executing a strategic business plan for growth. An engaging and innovative leader, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and existing industry networks preferably across the water treatment and services sector. The ability to think strategically, with strong planning and most importantly, execution skills, you will have proven experience growing businesses in industries associated with the water sector. A motivated and results-driven individual, you will also have a passion for innovation and willingness to be involved in a driven and proactive culture.
