**Kelsian Group** is an ASX200 listed business with over 9,000 employees across Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual with previous experience in a Senior Generalist HR position.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, the General Manager of People and Culture (Corporate and HR Systems) provides business partnering to the corporate teams as well as the development and implementation of best practice HR systems, processes and governance.

Leading a team of specialists they will have responsibility for the development of strategies in the areas of recruitment, learning and development, diversity, inclusion, engagement, remuneration and HR systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing strategies to ensure recruitment meets Kelsian Group’s resourcing needs with best practice principles applied;
- Facilitating employee development by encouraging a culture of learning across the organisation through the development of a sound training and development strategy;
- Working with the communications team to ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate success and recognise our team members for outstanding service;
- Management of Diversity and Inclusion programs;
- Development of a global talent management framework;
- Design and maintenance of an effective global employee engagement program;
- Overseeing the development, implementation and management of a remuneration framework by Kelsian’s remuneration policy and principles;
- Ensuring the National PC team is supported by HR systems, processes and advice that meet their needs;
- Providing both strategic and operational People and Culture support to the corporate team.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in a senior Generalist HR role within large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience in supporting Senior Executives.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Extensive leadership experience including people management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
