Encompassing three premium brands in its portfolio - Maggie Beer Products, Hampers and Gifts Australia, and Paris Creek Farms, they are all dedicated to making innovative products that resonate strongly with the Australian consumer’s growing passion for local produce. With brand success across the businesses and a strong balance sheet enabling continued growth, an opportunity now exists for a **General Manager** to lead the operations of the South Australian based businesses, of Maggie Beer Products and Paris Creek Farms.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide the overall commercial and operational direction for the businesses. This will include full profit and loss responsibility, developing and executing growth strategies to achieve financial targets and driving business efficiencies. Working across two sites in the Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills, leading a diverse team, you will oversee the functions of sales and business growth, new product development, brand management and strategic marketing, and production. Building positive and collaborative relationships will be at the forefront of what you do, regularly interacting and negotiating with key customers and suppliers including farmers and other external stakeholders.

As a seasoned leader within the food and beverage, FMCG and/or manufacturing industry, you will have proven success in leading significant growth, value creation and innovation within a business. With excellent commercial and operational acumen, you will have demonstrated success in leading a cross functional business from end-to-end, achieving growth whilst ensuring strong operational capabilities. Resilient, agile and solutions focussed, you will be commercially astute and have a proven track record in managing multiple priorities and thinking outside the box. A natural leader, you will have previous experience managing and developing a diverse team, as well as driving high performance and creating a positive work culture. With a customer focussed mindset, you will have the capability of building trusted relationships across a broad range of stakeholders including existing and potential customers, industry, and peer leaders.
