Just Digital People are working with a booming FMCG/eCommerce business who are looking to capitalise on recent growth and add a
**Partnerships Specialist** to the team.

This particular business is making waves within the home furniture sector, growing rapidly over the past 5 years and expanding their online catalogue.

Available is an opportunity for you to come in and strategically build out a successful partnerships network, leveraging existing relationships with publishers and influencers.

For your efforts you'll be rewarded with ongoing WFH flexibility (up to 3 days/week), rest & recovery days, monthly team social events as well as access to paid professional development

**What you'll need**:

- Previous experience working with & managing digital partnerships and publishers.
- Working knowledge/experience with partnerships networks such as Partnerize or Commission Factory.
- A data-driven approach to working with and growing publisher and partner/influencer relationships.
- Deep desire to immerse yourself and chip in with a "start up" environment, grow with the business.

**What you'll do**:

- Liaise closely with internal creative and marketing team to develop partnerships strategies.
- Lead day to day operation of the partnerships program, maintaining all communication with relevant affiliate, partners, and influencers.
- Research and on-board new affiliates and partners who align with the wider brand.
- Analyse and report on partnership performance to help grow mutual ROI.
