**In this newly created opportunity, you will take ownership of leading our Frontline TA team focused on recruiting our critical operational roles nationally - a truly exciting opportunity**

**About The Role
**As the Talent Acquisition Lead - Frontline, you will be responsible for operational leadership of this newly created national team as we move through our next stage of our TA transformation which is the in-housing of our operational permanent frontline recruitment.

In this newly created position, there is a fantastic opportunity to make this role your own and bring your previous leadership and volume recruitment experience to the table to help coach and develop the team to deliver on the required outcomes of the business.

As a TA Leader, you will have a strong sense of team, will be engaging and consultive and have a partner mindset at the heart of how you build relationships. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and people skills holds you in high regard.
