**About the Opportunity**

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager (Leisure), and will be responsible for contributing to the strategy and execution of talent acquisition plans for the RACV Leisure business. This role will play a critical role in the execution of proactive sourcing strategies to attract talent to RACV in order to support the growing demands of the business.

This role will manage a team of Talent Consultants but will still be responsible for recruiting end to end roles for RACV Resorts/Clubs. The role requires an innovative, passionate and proactive professional to join a fast paced and high performing TA function that delivers a range of Recruitment, Talent support and advice across the business.

Success requires an ability and determination to build strong, well working relationships with a large range of stakeholders and involvement in supporting priority recruitment projects through exploring and identifying innovative ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.

**We’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in leading/supervising a Talent Acquisition team
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge of the latest practices in attracting and selection
- Volume Recruitment experience essential
- Development and implementation of targeted recruitment campaigns
- Demonstrated experience utilising recruitment databases and strategic sourcing and talent pipelining methods
- Advanced user capability with LinkedIn, Social Media platforms and online job boards
- Excellent time management skills to meet regular and conflicting deadlines
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
