**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers; identifying staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies and best practice
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires

**Does this describe you?**
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Excited to work within a close team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
