**Your every day**:

- Lead from the front, managing key recruitment processes while mentoring and coaching a team of recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, partnering with hiring managers to source and secure top talent.
- Drive collaboration, ensuring the team delivers a seamless and high-quality hiring experience.
- Support team development, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion employer branding, leveraging creative attraction strategies to position Symal as an employer of choice.
- Leverage recruitment data, tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for both recruitment delivery and team leadership.
- Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
