**About The Role**

This role is responsible to assist with the full payroll function servicing approx. 2800 employees and actively participate as a member of the OAC Finance and Payroll teams.

**This role is a permanent position.**

**Other key responsibilities will include**:

- Perform the administration function of Payroll
- Ensure payments to employees and staff are made accurately and on time.
- Identify, build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to pay enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure confidentiality while completing all payroll and implement up to date information on changes to payroll and taxation legislation.
- Assist with month end accounting procedures and with the production of monthly reports as required.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the childcare industry.
- Strong Experience with the Chris21 Payroll System.
- Time & Attendance experience - Ento, Riteq, Kronos or other relevant timesheet-based systems.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements in respect to PAYG, FBT, payroll tax and EEO principles.
